Whole team was excellent - from front line sales to the GM. Came in to buy a new SUV and we knew what we wanted. Vaughn did a great job covering the ins and outs of the vehicle during our test drive. His manager, Izzy, help coordinate everything smoothly. Rob in finance did a great job explaining things without being in a rush. When an unexpected issue came up (a third party damaged the vehicle we were going to buy), even the GM (Kenny) stepped up, tracked down an exact replacement in just a few days, and kept everything on rails. Overall, we're very happy with this dealership. It's our first Kia, and we hope the amazing service continues. Thanks, team!

Steven, my service adviser, was very courteous, informative and prompt in getting my service work completed. My car was washed and vacuumed as well. Waiting area is comfortable and spacious. Easy for relaxing and having a snack and beverage.
